Andrew and Alex Clark have catered for both our daughters’ weddings, in 2007 and 2009. From the first meetings with the happy couples they have been flexible in their approach and, bringing their experience to bear, have reassured us all that we were in safe hands. Each reception has taken place in a marquee, in the middle of a paddock with minimal facilities! On each occasion they have catered for over one hundred and fifty people and provided the most terrific standard of food, including exciting canapés, complicated dishes and a range of desserts. As importantly they have quietly taken control of the marquee so that the Bride and Groom and we as hosts could relax and simply enjoy the party.

Our guests used phrases such as – ‘the food was absolutely tops’, ‘amazing canapé's,’so impressed with how they managed to serve such well cooked (but pink in the middle!) beef to over 150 people!’, ‘the best food and service we have ever had at a wedding’.

As you know we have always valued your quality and service at our prestige event but this time you have surpassed yourself. We have received nothing but praised from our 400 guest that dined that night with a number asking for your company’s name.

When Clarks joined us in 2003 they were very clear as to how they could maximise the use of our facility. They have to date exceeded their original targets.

H H Clark Caterers is a traditional family catering company with a long history of association with The South of England Agricultural Society. They have undertaken the catering in the Members, Judges and Stewards and President’s Marquees at the South of England Show for a very many years.
