Apple and Cider Pork - sweet sauce with apples and cider

Hawaiian Gammon Casserole - diced gammon with spices and pineapple

All the dishes are prepared with diced meat with the exception of pot roast rump or sirloin.

Please ask for details of other sauces to accompany different cuts of meat that could be

braised or casseroled such as steak, escalope and chicken supremes.
