For all bookings, please complete the form below or email email@example.com and include your Remenham Membership number, founding club, daytime contact number, address, day, sitting and number of guests and payment method.
Tickets and Sittings:
Please complete the form for each sitting you require. For Sunday, we only offer one sitting (2 course buffet) , please select first sitting if you are booking for Sunday.
Wednesday - Saturday (inc) £40.00 pp
Sunday - Adult - £29.00pp / Children - £9.00 pp
Payment can be made by cheques, made payable to Clark Caterers Ltd and to be sent to: Alexandra Clark, H H Clark Caterers Ltd, Unit 6, 108 Hawley Lane, Farnborough, GU14 8JE.
If you wish to pay by credit or debit card please ensure you supply a daytime telephone number
and we will contact you to make payment over the phone using our secure terminal.
Please note no refunds will be given during Henley Royal Regatta week
Terms & conditions
Please note that your payment will be non refundable and that you are booking a luncheon ticket and not reserving a specific table. Tables will be allocated at the start of the week once the table configuration has been made. Your luncheon tickets and table number (non transferable) will be available for collection from Wednesday at 10.00am. We will do our utmost to accommodate your seating requirements but cannot guarantee any specific position. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please note your booking will be confirmed by email or letter and you must bring this with you for collection.
